TV star pops in to encourage student musical talent the day before appearing on the last stages of TV’s The Voice.

Harrisen Larner-Main spoke to students at Priory Community School Academy the day before doing battle on one of the latest rounds of ITV’s hit show The Voice.

The 25-year-old full time musician, who went to Worle Community School Academy as a student, also found time to be interviewed by the PCSA Jill Dando News Centre students.

Priory’s own Year 11 student Kezia Povey last year made one of the final stages of the X Factor, and impressed Robbie Williams.

PCSA is a high-performing academy, part of The Priory Learning Trust, with an exceptional track record of performing arts.

Head of Music Richard Wassall said: “It was a great opportunity for our students to ask questions about the music industry and Harrisen was clearly impressed by the talent of our young musicians.”
