Cute, cuddly and very warm to beat the freeze – new pup Mabel and older brother Bruno, 12, huddle in their hoodies

Yes it’s cold outside, barely above freezing, and our winter woollies are coming out.

But take some tips from puppy Staffy Mabel, 12 weeks, and older brother Bruno, 12, who this week have been showing the way with their new fleece huddies that are keeping them warm.

Demonstrating a warm fashionable hoody designed for pups, tiny, cultured Mabel looks warm and exquisite.

Dogs are well known as superb to cuddle up to to keep warm as well as boosting our happy hormones and relieving anxiety.

Indeed, it is said that King Alfred the 1st helped in the breeding of the King Charles dogs to keep his feet warm in the 1600s.

King Charles Therapy dog Jeffrey is very popular because of his anxiety relieving skills and ability to keep people warm.

Mabel and Bruno’s Owner Stephanie Caulfield, of Priory Community School Academy in Weston-super-mare, Somerset said: “My dogs are loving their new warm hoodies and are bringing a lot of joy to the family.”
