TV pop star performs as inspirational students rewarded for string of amazing awards

STUDENTS from Worle Community School Academy were given awards for a range of successes alongside a talk and songs from a TV pop star ex student.

They were given awards after another brilliant year at the academy, and commended for academic excellence, music, sport, performing arts, journalism and helping the community.

Former student and star of TV’s The Voice, Harrisen Larner-Main, gave a talk on. his journey so far before unveiling songs from his just released first ever EP.

Principal Jacqui Scott said: “It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Harrisen was inspirational for the students. There was so many much-deserved awards for a whole host of achievements.“
