Inspirational former Somerset student who worked on the American presidential campaign with Hilary Clinton is now back as a teacher at one of the South West’s fastest improving schools.
Jess Crow was a student at Priory Community School Academy (PCSA) before getting a dream placement in the 2016 Presidential election between Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton.
She is now an English Teacher at The King Alfred School Academy, which is part of The Priory Learning Trust along with PCSA.
Jess is also helping to run the school’s Jill Dando News Centre, which helps students to find and write good news stories.
Jess said: “It’s great to be a teacher at a fantastic school like King Alfred’s. I’m privileged to work at the fastest improving school in Somerset, and a school that truly puts their students first.”
During her time in America, Jess worked with the 45 for the 45th organisation, which took 45 young people to the United States to work on a presidential campaign of their choice. http://www.theplt.org.uk
