Life enthusiast launches New Year positivity boost talks.

On so-called Blue Monday, life enthusiast and speaker Shane Dean has launched a post pandemic boost for minds with coffee, chocolate, laughter and inspiration aimed at people in the workplace.

His talks since the early 2000s have helped to motivate hundreds of people to be more positive and to enjoy their work and lives.

Shane has been a journalist since the mid 1990s with a passion for finding the secret to happiness. He is now the Editor of his own Good News Post newspaper goodnewspost.co.uk, and Jill Dando News.

He suffered from mental health issues throughout his teenage years giving him huge insight into personal suffering, before discovering how to train his brain for positive mental wellbeing.

His fun inspirational talks use stories from world figures such as Nelson Mandela, Bear Grylls and the ‘happiest man in the world’ as well as real life news stories.
