Fabulous Finley, 10, of Jill Dando News has interviewed the world Godfather of customer loyalty Fred Reichheld.

The student, from St Anne’s Church Academy West Wick, Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, quizzed the author and top world entrepreneur and got his top tips on life success.

Fred is a legend in the field of customer loyalty and if you’ve ever received a text or email asking to rate a product or service, you can thank him for that. 

Finley’s excellent question was part of an exclusive Business Leader interview in partnership with Jill Dando News and the Good News Post.
