Trail Weston Athletic Club in Weston-super-Mare have raised over £3,839 for charity in the last few weeks by dressing up for their runs.

Local firefighter Lee Francis, and TWAC member, organised the idea for the Trail Weston Athletic Club to dress up in fancy dress and raise money for Weston Health General Charitable Fund during the coronavirus crisis.

The charity provides amenities for both patients and staff and donates building and equipment assets primarily at Weston General Hospital situated in Weston super Mare in Somerset and the connected community healthcare services.

Pictures and videos of the runners can be found on the Facebook page ‘TWAC Fancy Dress Challenge’.
