‘Batch Buddies’ make happy school

Amazing children are joining a brilliant school group aimed to deepen friendships and help younger children.

The pupils of Castle Batch Primary School Academy are joining Batch Buddies to help and encourage younger children and help with any friendship problems.

There are already over 30 Batch Buddies and the scheme is a massive success.

Headteacher Vicky Dupras said: “The Batch Buddies scheme has been running for a long time at Castle Batch, and is a really positive way of giving responsibility to our super Year 6 children to help the younger members of our school with any friendship difficulties. 

“They are fully trained and take their responsibility seriously. They do a fantastic job every day on our playgrounds.”

Castle Batch is a high-achieving and happy community primary school.
