Dan clocked a personal best of 8 minutes and 31 seconds which gave him an English standard time.

He is now looking forward to competing in the English Schools Championships.

This will be a fantastic opportunity for Daniel on the back of a great Cross Country season to take on some of the best Senior Boy Runners in the country.
