Former PCSA student Stephanie Brooks sets personal best in televised Indoor Athletics 200 metres event

Former Priory Community School student Stephanie Brooks is flourishing in her athletics career.

She has just set a personal best on TV in the Indoor Athletics Championships – five years since her Head of PE predicted she would compete on TV in the future.

Stephanie started her athletics while at Priory Community School Academy in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. She is now studying at Cardiff Metropolitan University while pursuing her athletics career.

PCSA has a high success rate of producing athletes, and puts a high emphasis on sport and wellbeing. 

Stephanie has a long line of achievements across England and the South West. 

Five years ago Priory’s Head of PE Tina Delaney said: “She has the backing of her family to help her get to the higher standard possible Who knows…we may see her on TV in the future!”
