Meet Max, 10, and Luke, 10, the magnificent comic makers

Max and Luke have made 13 comics over the last year.

The creative and enthusiastic East Huntspill Primary Academy pupils in Somerset have been doing lots of creative writing and pictures in their amazing comics.

The first comic published in August 2022 was called Mo and the Missing Gem and was based on Max’s pet tortoise who is called Mo.

“Comics are everything for me!” said Max.

“I like to draw and I think drawing and colours make it pop out from the page! said Luke.

They would like to write 25 comics overall.
