The brilliant Virginia in Year 10 at Worle Community School Academy in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, contacted Principal Jacqui Scott to say that she would like to help the community.

Then she singlehandedly wrapped 15 boxes of goodies for Easter and delivered them to the local St Peter’s Church for delivery over Easter.

Jenny wants to help the world to be a better place, and plans to be a lawyer and a politician one day as part of her life goals.

Principal Jacqui Scott said “Ginny Is an inspiration. She is so keen to make her life count and to help the community to be a better place to live.”

The academy is part of The Priory Learning Trust which is passionate about helping the community and its civic duty.

Since becoming part of TPLT in 2016, the academy has seen huge campus improvements including a £400,000 refurbished auditorium and sports hall.

The WCSA motto is ‘We Challenge and Support to Achieve’, resulting in students who thrive in all areas.
