Who doesn’t love the phrase “I have some good news!”?
We all need a bit of GNT. A daily dose. Like laughter it is like medicine.
Bad news, whether personally or in the wider world, can leave us feeling a little flat, down or even depressed.
Here are a few fast tips to develop GNT.
