Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm, a zoo and conservation charity in North Somerset, is celebrating its silver anniversary with a historic offer for visitors to help during the tough economic climate.

Home of the big zoo animals, Noah’s Ark has grown from a family farm to a modern conservation charity, with a focus on conservation, education, people and wellbeing.

The zoo is offering visitors the biggest offer on its ticket prices since it opened, 25% off in July, as a celebration of its landmark birthday this year, designed to help families enjoy an affordable day out during the ongoing cost of living crisis.

This summer, visitors to the zoo will also be able to join in with the special celebrations and make the most of new activities and attractions.

Larry Bush, Zoo Director, expressed his excitement for summer and the future: "The 25-year journey so far has been incredible, and we’re excited to celebrate with our visitors this summer.”

Bush continued, “This offer is one way that we say thank you to our local community and everyone who has visited Noah’s Ark since the gates opened in 1999. As well as those guests, we are extending this offer as a welcoming invitation, to those who haven’t joined us before. This is a fantastic opportunity for people to spend the day with us and experience Noah’s Ark.”

The zoo became a charity on 5th April 2023, the award-winning zoo is set on a working farm in 100 acres of the North Somerset countryside located just 6 miles to the south of Bristol.

Noah’s Ark is home to 120 species, including 10 which are part of globally important conservation efforts. You’ll find elephants – in the largest elephant habitat in the UK - lions, bears, giraffes, rhinos, and 6 rare farm breeds.

Since 2012, the zoo has welcomed over 3 million visitors and 200,000 school children, offering award-winning accessibility, and learning opportunities.
