Unique Diamond Horse Ring to Support Redwings Horse Sanctuary
By Jill Dando News
A stunning £2,500 bespoke diamond-studded horse ring, born from a horse lover's final dream, is set to be auctioned to support the UK's largest horse welfare charity, Redwings.
The one-of-a-kind piece, crafted in 9k gold, represents the vision of Susan Jamieson, a passionate equestrian advocate who passed away from cancer before seeing her complete jewelry collection come to life.
The ring features a sculpted horse head with cascading diamonds along the mane and tail, handcrafted in Cornwall.
"Susan approached us in 2020 with a beautiful vision to create jewelry that celebrated horses while supporting animal welfare," says the jewelry maker.
Even during the pandemic, Jamieson's dedication to horse welfare never wavered, as she hosted a radio show dedicated to horses in need.
Rather than selling through traditional channels, the jewelers have donated the ring to Redwings Horse Sanctuary for an online auction.
"This piece carries a profound story of compassion," explains the jewelry team from Ethica Diamonds. "We believe auctioning it for Redwings best honors Susan's memory and her lifelong dedication to horse welfare."
The auction date will be announced by Redwings Horse Sanctuary soon with 100% of the proceeds going to the Redwings charity.
Interested parties should contact the charity for further details about this exceptional piece.
