I truly believe it’s simple to make yourself or someone else happy.

The little things in life can have a huge impact on your mood, and kindness is free.

Offering to help someone reach something on the top shelf in a shop or telling them their shoelace is undone so they don’t trip can bring you a sense of happiness from simply helping out.

Treating yourself to something that you have been after for months, especially when you have been working hard and saving!

Listening to upbeat music while doing housework, making plans to meet up with a friend, or having a self-care day for some "you" time—these are all ways to feel good about yourself.

Trying something new that you thought would be too hard to accomplish can test your strength, but you’ll realize that with a positive mindset, you can do it.

Never compare yourself to others; everyone has different paths and steps to follow. Set goals for yourself, whether they’re big or small.

Live life to the fullest. Take a moment to look around, breathe, and appreciate the small things—the birds, trees, sunsets, smiles, and kind gestures from loved ones or even strangers. Life is beautiful, and we are lucky to be here.

Everyone can make a positive difference in someone’s life. It really is about taking chances.

Happiness is free—it costs nothing. The simple things that bring happiness are all around us. A smile or a simple "hello" can make someone’s day.
