Andrew Scott, one of Britain’s most successful entrepreneurs, is expanding the number of new quality tech, marketing and innovation jobs out of his Ascot Group HQ.
The fast-growing company, based next to Worle Train station on the London line, is preparing for a jobs boom as they seek to become one of Britain’s most successful firms in the marketing and tech sectors.
Andrew set up the Ascot Group in 2004 from his kitchen table at home and has since seen meteoric expansion across the UK with quality jobs being created.
In 2012 he launched the influential magazine Business Leader with tens of thousands of readers and in 750 WH Smith’s stores nationally, and recently sold the business to Richard Harpin, the business tycoon who sold Homeserve PLC for £4.1 billion.
Andrew, who helps other entrepreneurs to scale up their businesses, is also now expanding jobs out of the Ascot Group.
He is passionate to get ahead of the game on AI technology and to make Weston-super-Mare and Worle an AI and tech centre.
He said: “We are passionate to help create more jobs for local people, to develop our people to become brilliant in their careers, and for the area to become a leader in technology".
The Ascot Group is always looking for enthusiastic, talented individuals to help their firm expand even further.
