New Years’ honour for Millie! Top dog retires after seven years service helping keep our streets safe

Meet Millie the expert Forensic Search dog who has been helping keep our streets safer with her huge intellligence for seven years.

Now she has retired from Essex Police and given a send off by thankful officers and the public.

Millie has played a vital role in many investigations, helping locate evidence to assist in prosecuting offenders. 

An Essex Police Spokesperson said: “We say thank you to Mille and wish her a long, peaceful and happy retirement.”
