Students who help the homeless, charities and the community have been celebrated as real life heroes

Students received Hero Awards for their incredible feats of kindness helping the homeless, charities and the community.

Students at Worle Community School Academy in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset were awarded with prizes after superb acts of kindness and outstanding character.

The students were honoured for a range of amazing achievements including helping the homeless, charities and people in the community.

The students were winners in the ‘Do You Know a Hero’ campaign at Worle Community School Academy https://worle-school.org.uk

The Priory Learning Trust https://www.theplt.org.uk initiative saw them rewarded with prizes sponsored by the Grand Pier including a free rides pass.

Principal Jacqui Scott said: “These students are real life heroes and we are so thrilled at the way they have helped people in the community.”
