Sensational Lottie secures her first job in brilliant Little Learners nursery after an outstanding apprenticeship

Sensational Lottie has secured her first job in the brilliant Little Learners nursery after an outstanding apprenticeship.
Lottie has started the new term in her role as a nursery practitioner.
The former Priory Community School Academy student successfully secured her job after an outstanding three year apprenticeship through Weston College in Somerset.
Now she will take part in the excellent Little Learners at St. Anne’s Church Academy in Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset for children aged 2 – 4 years.
Lottie is also a talented footballer and plays for Weston-super-Mare Ladies team. She is in her second season playing in central defence.
Natalie Blower of Little Learners said: “Lottie has done magnificently. we are so delighted to have her as part of the staff.
“The time and effort Lottie has put into her college work has not gone unnoticed by anyone, whether that’s coming into work early or staying late after her shift has finished, or reaching out to a member of the Nursery Crew to ask for help.
“We are so proud of everything she has achieved throughout her journey.
“Her practice with the children is phenomenal and she has such a positive relationship with the parents. Well Done Lottie! “
Sophie, Lottie’s Assessor at Weston College, said: “Lottie has become a brilliant Practitioner and strives for excellence within every aspect of her job role and career. She is consistently motivated, inspiring and committed to her role and strives to complete all elements of her learning and progression to a very high standard."
St Anne’s recently again got a glowing report from Ofsted with a Good rating by inspectors.
It is a is a dual-site primary school with a 150-year-old building at Hewish, and a state-of-the-art new build at West Wick.

St Anne’s is part of the high-achieving The Priory Learning Trust, connected to Priory and Worle secondary academies, and The King Alfred School Academy 11-18 school which also has one of Britain’s best Sixth Forms.
