Pupils get inspired by world adventurers and space pioneers

St Anne’s Church Academy pupils have been learning about explorers such as Sir Ranulph Fiennes and space pioneers like Buzz Aldrin during fun-packed history lessons.

The excellent primary school in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, have been exploring timelines, explorers and those who visited space.

Principal Emma Hardy Smith said: “Our pupils had a wonderful history afternoon learning about some inspirational explorers and space pioneers down the past.”

St Anne’s Church Academy is a high achieving and happy caring school, and is the first school in North Somerset to receive the highly prized Social School Award.

It is part of The Priory Learning Trust.
