Prospective students and their families are invited to visit The King Alfred School Academy Sixth Form in Highbridge, Somerset at its open morning this Saturday from 9.30am till 12.30pm.
TKASA Sixth Form enjoys excellent results, inspirational teaching and a school-style community atmosphere with excellent expanded facilities including a coffee lounge, more study areas and rooms for meetings.
The Sixth Form is attracting students from across the area, including many from Weston-super-Mare, Worle, Bridgwater and even internationally as well as from Burnham and Highbridge.
Visitors will be able to see over £5 million of site improvements across the school and Sixth Form.
They can hear about the amazing success of students in recent years getting into their chosen universities and into top apprenticeships.
There is also a very wide range of A Level subjects for students to choose from with extensive extra curricular activities to enjoy, as well as a fabulous community and atmosphere.
Mr Milford said: “We really look forward to meeting prospective students and their parents, carers and families this Sarurday.”
TKASA is part of The Priory Learning Trust and has a Jill Dando News centre where students do journalism in the style of Jill Dando, who went to school locally.
