Dozens of student guides showed the biggest number of prospective pupils, parents and carers in 20 years around Priory Community School Academy in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.

In warm September sunshine, visitors were shown the stunning campus, and able to meet students and staff, and even their 6‘7“ mascot, Percy Priory.

There was also tasty free food and hospitality at their indoor and outdoor Restaurant.

And there were Science experiments, music and other fun activities.

The popular academy is part of the high-achieving The Priory Learning Trust (TPLT).

Principal Angelos Markoutsas said: “We loved showing off our superb students and staff and campus to the visitors. It was an excellent three hours.

“It was really thrilling to meet so many children and their parents and carers.”
