A HR team that goes the extra mile to cherish its 700+ staff has reached a prestigious National Awards final.
The HR Team at The Priory Learning Trust in Somerset has been shortlisted in the category – Best use of Employee Engagement Platform to Drive Business Strategy – in the National Reward Gateway Awards.
They will now appear in the grand finals at the iconic Tate Modern next month alongside four other shortlisted finalists including Tower Hamlets Homes and Travis Perkins. There were hundreds of entries across the categories.

“A major part of our TPLT culture is to cherish staff so this is a brilliant commendation of our work in this area.”
