MP visits one of Britain’s smallest, picturesque and fastest improving schools

Bridgwater MP Ian Liddell-Grainger saw first hand Pawlett Primary School and its remarkable transformation.

SATS results at the school are up 30% on last year – one of the biggest improvements in England – and Ofsted gave it a glowing report since the assistance of The Priory Learning Trust.

Emma said: “It was lovely to host Mr Liddell-Grainger. We have had an amazing year. It has been very hard work but the school now has a positive momentum.”

The 54-pupil school is over 200 years old and is situated in incredibly stunning grounds with sports pitches, a forest school, adventure playground, and next door to a state-of-the-art community club with a 3G football pitch that can be used by the children of the school.
