Jon Air, founder of a UK-registered charity, is celebrating 25 years of bringing high-quality education and hope to some of the world's most disadvantaged children.
There will be a party celebration on 18th September at 7PM at The Stable Games Room in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.
He said: “Come and celebrate this incredible school in rural Kenya, overlooking Lake Victoria, transforming young lives and giving hope to one of the poorest regions of the world.
The charity's flagship project, a school serving 120 children in four classes by the shores of Lake Victoria, is now poised for expansion.
The charity's success is evident in its current work.
Jon said: "We have a school serving 120 children in four classes, providing them with the education they need to build a better future.
“We now have a UK-registered charity with need to expand the school further."
As the charity looks to grow its impact, Jonathan is reaching out to the community for support.
He continued, "We invite you to learn more about this incredible rural school, nestled by the shores of Lake Victoria, at our free launch party on 18th September at the Stable Games Room.
Your involvement can help make a real difference in these children's lives. Join us and be part of this life-changing journey!"
Air's journey began in 1997 when he met Bishop Dixon in South Africa.
Reflecting on his experiences, Jon shared, "For the past 25 I have been working towards bringing high quality education, hope, and a brighter future to some of the most disadvantaged children in the world.
“It all began in 1997 when I met Bishop Dixon in South Africa. Since then I have witnessed first hand the harsh realities of poverty, seeing children with no opportunities for a better life."
