A latest student Christmas story book has been Charles Dickens to #1 spot on Amazon!
Every year, Priory Community School Academy (PCSA) students are invited to submit their creative Christmas stories, artwork and poems to be included in a special Christmas story book edition!
This year they topped the charts with the publication beating Charles Dickens, author of the classic 'A Christmas Carol'.
The students’ bumper book briefly hit the number 1 spot in Free Children's Christmas books ahead of Dickens, the number 1 spot in Free Folk Tales & Anthologies ahead of The Brothers Grimm AND the number one spot in Free British & Irish Literature Anthologies.
The festive collection remains in the top listings as an Amazon bestseller.
The publication features a number of creative pieces and appeared on Amazon this week for purchase and download.
In the past the editions have received great reviews from the public and given a real boost to student authors.
The book's publication is supported by James Wilmot who is the Head of Careers at PCSA.
Reviews on the Amazon site were overwhelmingly positive, with the book receiving a 5 star review and comments from the public such as 'what could be more seasonal? It's just great!'
The talented student authors are due to attend a special launch and celebration of their festive publication on Tuesday 19th December at PCSA.
