After addressing the area around a hotel, the group moved on to tidy up a nearby underpass.
They then focused on Redcliffe roundabout and Redcliffe street, where they swept up discarded cans, beer bottles, and shards of broken glass.
By the time the volunteers reached Castle Park, they discovered that Bristol Waste had already managed to clear most of the area.
Reflecting on their efforts, Mary Page told Bristol Live that the group's intention was to show solidarity with "the brave people of Bristol who came out to say no to racism and protect vulnerable refugees."
