By Jill Dando News

Vinted has become a massive ‘go to’ online shop used by millions.

Now Weston Hospicecare in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset are set to launch a Vinted store to help raise funds to support patient care.

The platform is the world’s largest pre-loved fashion website with more than 75 million people using across the globe.

The hospice provides tailored palliative care across North Somerset and has done so since 1989. Today, services are delivered holistically through an Inpatient Unit, Day Service, Wellbeing Centre, Community Nurse Team and various therapies.

Andrew Lock, E-commerce Manager, says “We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the Weston Hospicecare Vinted shop on Thursday 1 February!

“Our incredible supporters, volunteers and staff will be able to shop preloved fashion to support the work of the hospice.

“Make sure you log on from Thursday to check out what we have in stock.”

The hospice is approximately 20% funded by the government, meaning the charity relies heavily on the community which it services to fund the rest.
