Year 6 pupils are having a great first few days back at school – especially using their new ‘outdoor classroom.
The classroom at St Anne’s Church Academy in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset is getting well used in the lovely September weather with fabulous activities and learning projects.
Before the end of term the pupils and their families helped raise £2,200 for Malanga Primary School in Kenya.
Teacher Emma Kelly said: “The pupils are having a great first few days back and love their new outside classroom.
“They enjoyed learning a new poem ‘Kingfisher’ and performing it for their classmates.
