Gympanzees is thrilled to announce a generous donation of £43,000 from the Bristol Brunel Lions Club towards their Project Home Appeal.

This significant contribution brings the charity closer to establishing a permanent, inclusive leisure facility for children and young people with disabilities in the Bristol area.

The Bristol Brunel Lions Club, a dedicated group of volunteers committed to serving the local community, has been actively fundraising for over 40 years.

This generous donation will help towards a state-of-the-art centre that offers accessible play, exercise, and social opportunities for thousands of families.

This specific donation will cover the cost of a Changing Place in the Gympanzee Centre. A Changing Place is a fully accessible toilet and changing facility with equipment like hoists and adult-sized benches, ensuring dignity, safety, and inclusion for people with complex disabilities.
