Good News as Defibrillator Legacy Programme Launched

By Charity Correspondent

Donate For Defib WsM Project are delighted to be publishing their Defib Legacy Programme for the first time ever!

Please take a look and get in touch if you would like to find out more if we can support you with making this a success and making a true difference to our local community!

The team has recently funded a publicly accessible defibrillator to be installed at The Boathouse in Memory of June Bell - our Project Leads’ Nan who sadly passed away in July 2024.

A memorial plaque which has been kindly made and donated by The Print Hive will be installed by the defibrillator as a lasting Legacy to June.

A special thanks to The Elms Funeral Directors & Celebrant Michelle - Humanist & Non-Religious Ceremonies in the South West for all their support and for making this a success with us!

Once we have launched the defibrillator in memory of June we will be showcasing this as a story and hoping to have Daniel Aldridge Labour come along and launch this with us alongside Maya our Defib Dog Mascot, which we are sure that June would have loved!

Please take a look at our new Website, more information will be on this soon, but please get in contact if you would like to find out more, we would love to hear from you.

If everyone who reads this, can share this we can make this new programme a true success for our local community!
