Hundreds visit community school free family breakfast morning

Hundreds of people visited a community school as it opened its doors for prospective students, their parents and carers and the community.
They were able to enjoy tours of its superb very large campus, excellent departments and facilities.
They were also able to meet students and staff and enjoy lovely free food in the modern Restaurant.
Families could enjoy the visiting fire engine, and a range of activities including a colouring competition, fizz pop science, hair braiding and glitter tattoos.
There was also a fun visit from the animal rangers with a range of animals on show.
Students were performing music throughout the morning and there were exciting sport activities archery.
Principal Mark Tidman said: “It was brilliant to meet so many prospective students and their families.”
The staff of Puxton Park were also present, with animals from cuddly Guinea Pigs to sleek snakes and millipedes.
Students from Jill Dando News centre also were recruiting for future good news reporters.
BBC TV journalist Jill Dando was an ex student of WCSA and her memory and legacy is spreading good news from Worle to the World.
