Emilio, 20, who went to the same school as former TV star Jill Dando, made Simon Cowell’s jaw drop on America’s Got Talent.
Emilio Santoro, a former student of Worle Community School Academy (WCSA) in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, England, was performing his world famous Elvis impersonation on the TV show that attracts millions of watchers.
Emilio joined the incredible Ai company Metaphysic to see Elvis brought back to life on the biggest stage of them all - America’s Got Talent.
Emilio was used as the body and voice of Elvis in this project, something he is very proud of.
Emilio first started mimicking 'The King of Rock and Roll' as a child aged 4 and last year was named as Europe's top Elvis impersonator at a ceremony in Birmingham.
Elvis Presley is a very famous American singer and actor, known as the “King of Rock and Roll”.
Following his death, many people like to do tributes to him, including Emilio!
Five years ago our Jill Dando News reporters interviewed Emilio at WCSA, part of The Priory Learning Trust to find out about his aspirations.
When he got interviewed 5 years ago, the Jill Dando Journalists put in the story “He explained that his favourite Elvis songs were gospel songs and that he would like to do his singing full time across the world!”
More recently, he has been travelling across the world making people smile with his performances.
