Weston Museum in Jill Dando’s home town of Weston-super-Mare, is hosting an amazing exhibition, celebrating how Doctor Who has shaped the television industry and the scifi genre, and this hasn’t gone unnoticed.
It has drawn many fans in, but with disney+ streaming it outside of the UK, there will be a much larger future audience.
The exhibition included many collectors’ items, gathered from the local area, including action figures, posters, and even underwear!
It has inspired many people to start collecting the items and will continue to do so until January 27th 2024. Entry to both the museum and exhibition is completely free but to support preservation of local heritage it would be appreciated if donations were made inside of the museum!
