Diverse gathering from across the multiverse takes place – in a former lido (By Oliver, 13)

Over the weekend, the Stars of Time comic con took place in Weston-super-Mare’s Tropicana – a hub for amazing events and exhibitions such as SEE MONSTER and Bansky’s Dismaland.

Visitors to the Somerset venue got the privilege of meeting many stars such as the voice of Doctor Who’s K-9, John Leeson, Star Wars actor Michael Carter, and Nicola Bryant, who played the role of Peri in Doctor Who, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this month.

Also, top collectable sellers attended the event, providing sonic screwdrivers, lightsabers, and more!

This is the eighth year running that the Tropicana has hosted the event and it will take place again – but in the Winter Gardens in August 2024!
