Christmas Miracle in our town! (By Lance, aged 9)

Year 1 students have done a nativity to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and also to celebrate Christmas.
The brilliant pupils at Castle Batch Primary School Academy in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset enjoyed their performance as did those watching!
The nativity was called A Miracle in Town and retold the story of Mary and Joseph and the birth of Jesus.
They did a day performance and an evening performance so the school could watch and also their parents.
A teacher said: ”The play was brilliant and fantastic and they did a wonderful job”.
One of the angels in the nativity said, ”it was fun!”
Another explained that the narrator spoke her words properly.
Our Jill Dando News reporters were at the event. Overall Year 1 all did a fantastic job and the audience loved it.
