As Brits are bloated, broke and battered a new positive newspaper is born

Britain’s newest and most positive newspaper has been launched – on the eve of Britain’s most miserable day of the year.
The Good News Post will feature inspirational news, views and campaigns out of UK Schools.
It will also run School PR Marketing Masterclasses to show Head Teachers, teachers and staff how to find and publish their student and school success stories.

Monday 15th January is reputedly the most miserable day of the year when people are most fed up – bloated, broke and battered by bad weather.

GNP Founder and Editor Shane Dean, a journalist since 1996, said: “This is brilliant timing for the Good News Post to be launched – the world seems more desperate for good news than ever before.
“Schools are absolutely full of positive and inspirational stories and people are eager to read them.
“We will also cover campaigns to pressure politicians to help make education the exceptional standard that every child deserves.”
Students inside schools across England are the journalists finding and writing positive stories for the GNP. They can Post their stories to the newspaper – hence the name ‘Good News Post’. It was created out of Priory Community School in Weston super Mare – Ofsted Outstanding and one of Britain’s best schools.
