The Busy Bees preschool pupils are looking forward to a brilliant year at Anne’s Church Academy in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.

Last term was their first at the amazing school and they thrived and had lots of fun.

The Busy Bees made lots of new friends.

And they have been doing dozens of wonderful activities over the term including painting butterflies.

Olivia, aged 4, said she loves to paint. Poppy, also 4, said that she loves to play in the sand pit in the garden play area and she last played with it on Wednesday.

Poppy said: “I like sand because I like sandcastles,” adding “I like learning the ABC. “

Ellie Brownlee, the Busy Bees teacher said: “The Busy Bees have played lots of games. They enjoyed sitting together and in a circle and sharing their names.

“The children have enjoyed their brilliant games and learning activities over the term and are looking forward to the New Year. They have had lots of fun in their long play times.”

Ralf, aged 5, said, “I really liked playing with my friends.”

Another child said, “I liked everything but I also liked dinosaurs.”
