The talented and enthusiastic students at Priory Community School are all ready to perform the West-End-quality musical “Whistle Down The Wind” in front of audiences next week.
The play is to be performed on the 13th-15th February in the main hall, and music for the play is by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
The plot sees an injured wife murderer takes refuge on a remote Lancashire farm, the owners three children mistakenly believe him to be the Second Coming of Christ.
Head of Drama Jessica Hall said “Preparation for this is going well. I’m excited to see the students perform on the night. We are some incredibly talented students with big futures ahead of them.”
Tickets are priced at £6 for adults and £4 for 16 year-olds or under, and tickets can be purchased from the finance office.
