An amazing teenager’s skills have shone out whilst working for a Weston nursery right through the Covid19 pandemic

After leaving Worle Community School Academy in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, Ebony Madge, aged 16, is thriving at the Little Learners Nursery at St Anne’s Church Academy alongside her Early Years Education course at Weston College.

The outstanding student has continued to attend and work hard throughout the pandemic, adapting well to any changes in the setting.

Amy Marsh of Little Learners said: “Ebony has really shone throughout the pandemic and has demonstrated incredible work and aptitude.

“She is kind, thoughtful and works well with groups of children.”

Ebony said: “I am really loving this work which is great experience and insight into the field I want to work in. The children and staff here are fabulous.”

WCSA Principal Jacqui Scott said: “We are thrilled that Ebony is getting on so well and receiving such positive praise for her attitude, talent and work rate at the very start of her career.”

Children aged from 2 years 6 months upwards are enjoying their time at Little Learners.
